Civil Service Bureau organized a presentation of the Knowledge Transfer Campaign. The initiative aims to transfer knowledge and share experience of successful HR Management systems among the public institutions of Georgia. Within the framework of the campaign those public agencies with effective HR Management standards will share their best practices and knowledge of HR management related issues with the rest of the program participants.
In addition, the present initiative envisages organizing workshops and seminars with active involvement of international experts. At this stage, participants will be given an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the existing best practices of modern HR management at the international level.
The Knowledge Transfer Campaign commences in February and will be completed in May 2012 with a concluding event - the Knowledge Fair, where the program beneficiaries will demonstrate acquired knowledge and present their future plans concerning the development of HR Management systems in their home institutions.
The Knowledge Transfer Campaign is supported by the NATO-Georgia Professional Development Program (PDP).
