On Thursday, April 14th, at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia hosted the workshop of the Civil Service HR Managers.
E-governance introduction is one of the main priorities of Georgian Government in past several years. The Civil Service Bureau is actively involved in this process since 2009 and undertakes number of successful e-governance projects in Civil Service sector.

Integration of ID Cards with the employment web-portal www.hr.gov.ge
The Civil Service Bureau introduced a new option for those wishing to register on its web-site www.hr.gov.ge. From now on it is possible to use ID cards to register on this particular web-site. This novel practice will simplify the procedure of uploading the necessary personal data for career seekers and facilitate the recruitment process, by making it less complicated for users.

Launching of the “Knowledge Transfer Campaign”
Civil Service Bureau organized a presentation of the Knowledge Transfer Campaign. The initiative aims to transfer knowledge and share experience of successful HR Management systems among the public institutions of Georgia. Within the framework of the campaign those public agencies with effective HR Management standards will share their best practices and knowledge of HR management related issues with the rest of the program participants.

Human Resources Management training ended successfully
Human Resources Management training of public officials in the framework of Civil Service Bureau and the USAID - Democratic Development Program ended successfully. About sixty employees of State Institutions were invited on the training.
