
Civil Service Bureau conducted the analysis of the statistical data of civil servants for the period of 2009-2010. The document contains information about the number of state agencies, number of civil servants, their average age and gender distribution for the period of 2009-2010.
The major findings of the document suggests
that quantity of the Public Agencies during the period of 2009-2010 has
increased from 234 to 236, and quantity of civil servants equaled 27290. By the year of 2009, the total number
of the employed population equaled 1 656 100, out of which, 27 290 were employed in the civil
service. Average age of the civil servants in the year 2009 equaled 40 and in
the year 2010 - 39.
The proportion of the civil servants with
the general population demonstrates that in the year 2009 there was one civil
servant operating for 339 citizens, whereas in 2010 - one civil servant for 321. The data
suggested following gender distribution of civil servants: In the year 2009,
the amount of male civil servants (62 %) sufficiently exceeded those of women
(38%). For the year 2010, 63% male civil servants were employed alongside 37%
of women.
