On Tuesday, July 12, at the “Radisson Blu Iveria” hotel, Civil Service Bureau of Georgia hosted presentation of the minimum standard of the human resources management system (HRMIS).

Workshop aimed at discussing the mentioned standard with the representatives of civil service HR managers; Presenting existing HRM systems across civil agencies. At the end of the meeting members had a chance to get the closer look to Bureau’s new recruitment portal –hr.gov.ge.

The site was established by the CSB in the frame of major reform of the civil service sector. Employers are given an opportunity to effectively attract qualified candidates and conduct the recruitment procedures faster, easier and transparently. Job seekers become exposed to exciting career opportunities in civil service. The site provides them with an opportunity to generate application forms online and submit it to the selected vacancy.

HRMIS provides unified electronic database of civil servants. Electronic personal page represents comprehensive information about civil servant: personal information, position, business trip, move to a new position, reward, issues of responsibility, etc.
