On Monday, October 17, at the Sheraton Metechi Palace, Civil Service Bureau of Georgia hosted meeting of administrative managers of the civil service institutions.

The workshop aimed at discussing existing document-flow systems and implementing electronic programs across state agencies. Representatives from Ministries, Parliament of Georgia, Administration of President, Governmental organizations, Non-profit organizations and International organizations participated in the event.

Civil Service Bureau of Georgia presented the minimum standard of the Document-flow system in state agencies and concentrated on future plans and major activities in the sector.

Civil Service Bureau has elaborated Document-Flow System standards with the active involvement and assistance of Ministry of Justice, Data Exchange Agency, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Defence, the workshop also focused on the existing programs of the above mentioned Ministries.

The meeting was held in the framework of the large scale program, implemented by the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia, aiming at increasing involvement of all state agencies in future.
