Meetings with the experts from EU keep on as part of EU financed Twinning project at Civil Service Bureau.
From 3 to 5 September, Deividas Kriaučiunas, a Lithuanian expert on EU law-related issues and the chief advisor of the Office of Government of Lithuania, in the frame of its second mission is meeting with employees of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) of Georgia.
Topics like EU-Georgia cooperation in the field of legislation and anti-corruption measures, also Lithuanian experience in these directions are discussed during this meetings. Big attention is paid also to law on equal opportunity treatment and remunerations, gender equality and EU charter of fundamental rights.
The information dissemination meetings are being held as part of the EU Twinning project to support the civil service reform in Georgia. This Twinning Project has been implemented since 2018 by the CSB of Georgia and Lithuanian government agencies.
