Human Resources Management training of public officials in the framework of Civil Service Bureau and the USAID - Democratic Development Program ended successfully. About sixty employees of State Institutions were invited on the training.

The participants received training on the following topics: the modern systems of Human Resources Management in civil service, raising the staff motivation, evaluation criteria, identification of job descriptions and other.

An international expert from USAID Ms. Myra Shiplett and the Georgian trainers conducted the training.

The participants were honored with certificates.

It should be noted that trainings of public officials will be continued in the following directions: leadership skills, project management, innovations in public management, PR and communications, anti-corruption topics and ethics.

Civil Service Bureau will continue to conduct similar trainings for public officials in the future.
