Mikheil Saakashvili: “Every civil servant in all government agencies should only be appointed based on the competition”

Two day seminar on the topic of “Enhancing the Whistleblower and Witness Protection in corruption cases” was held by Civil Service Bureau and SIGMA in the Courtyard Marriot. Seminar was held in order to promote and strengthen the institute of the Whistleblowers and to improve the draft law.  

Civil Service Bureau and the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration organized a seminar on “Transparency of Asset Declarations of Public Officials and Public Sector Open Data” under the auspices of “Eastern Partnership”, I Platform on “Democracy, Good Governance and Stability” and in the framework of the Panel on “Public Administration Reform”.
